This policy covers the current Grater iPhone game, this website and voluntary support requests. WEBPUNK is the brand of the publisher and operator identified below. The publisher is responsible for the processing described in this policy and is the data controller where that term applies.

Data used by the game

Grater works without an account. The game does not send your gameplay data to the developer or to advertising or analytics services. It has no advertising, tracking, analytics SDK or third-party crash-reporting SDK.

The game saves completed and unlocked recipes, best star results, your coin balance, selected grater, sound preference and vibration preference in its private storage on your device. It also creates a random installation identifier used only to manage local saved data. This identifier is not an advertising identifier and is not sent to the developer.

Your unfinished attempt, including ingredient progress and selection, is kept in memory during the app session and is not restored after the app process closes. The game may use elapsed time measured on the device for gameplay; it does not send that timing information to the developer.

Device backups

Grater does not provide its own online account or cloud synchronization service. iOS may include local game data in device backups depending on your Apple backup settings. Apple manages those backups under its policies and your settings.

Retention and deletion

Saved game data remains in the app’s local storage until that storage is deleted. To remove it from your device, delete the app. Offloading the app keeps its documents and data.

Deleting the installed app does not necessarily delete copies in existing device backups; manage those through your Apple or computer backup settings. Restoring a backup may restore saved game data.

This website

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The site’s own pages contain no analytics, advertising, contact forms or third-party embedded content. They do not set cookies or use browser storage.

To deliver and secure the website, Cloudflare processes technical request information such as your IP address, browser information, request timestamp and requested URL. This is separate from gameplay data stored by the game on your device.

Cloudflare may also process technical request data independently under its Privacy Policy. The site’s lack of analytics or cookies does not mean the hosting provider keeps no technical logs.

Support and privacy requests

You can contact the developer at amatrasan1+support@gmail.com. Include only information necessary to answer your question. Attachments are optional; remove unrelated personal information before sending them.

Your message contains your email address and whatever information you choose to provide, such as your device model, game version, description of an issue and screenshots. On the publisher’s side, only the owner handles this correspondence. Messages and attachments are used only to respond to your request and investigate or fix reported bugs; senders are not added to mailing lists.

The support address uses Gmail. Google processes email through this service under its Privacy Policy.

Support correspondence and attachments are deleted within 12 months after the request is closed, or earlier following a valid deletion request. Only material necessary to meet a specific legal obligation or address an active dispute is kept longer, and it is deleted when that reason no longer applies.

This describes deletion from the publisher’s mailbox. Google’s processing and backup systems follow its own policies. Deleting a message from the mailbox does not guarantee immediate removal from every provider backup.

Why we process this information

Our legitimate interests are answering voluntary support requests, investigating and fixing defects, and delivering and protecting this website. Where a specific law requires retention or disclosure, the basis is that legal obligation. Simply browsing this website does not imply consent to processing.

Providers and disclosure

The game does not send its local saved data to the developer or the website and email providers. Cloudflare processes website requests, and Google processes information you send through Gmail. Those services have their own policies, linked above.

Cloudflare and Google operate internationally. Information may be processed outside Serbia or your country. Their policies explain their international processing, safeguards and retention practices.

Information may be disclosed when necessary to comply with a specific legal obligation.

Security

This website uses HTTPS. Only the owner handles support correspondence on the publisher’s side, using Gmail. No method of online transmission or electronic storage can guarantee complete security. Do not include passwords, payment details or device backups in a support request.

Your requests and choices

You may use amatrasan1+support@gmail.com to ask about, access, correct or request deletion of information you have sent to the developer. Where applicable, you may also request restriction or portability of your information, or object to its processing. The rights available and any limits depend on the law that applies to your request.

You may lodge a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority. In Serbia, this is the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

The developer cannot remotely access or delete the game’s local saved data on your device. See “Retention and deletion” above for device storage and backup information.

Links to other websites

Links to Cloudflare, Google and TermsFeed lead to websites operated by those providers. If you follow a link, that website’s own privacy policy applies to your visit. Linking to a provider does not send your local gameplay data to it.

Policy updates

If a future version changes how the game, website or support process handles data, this policy will be updated to describe those changes. The updated policy and its effective date will be posted on this page.
